Guest Room Attendant (GRA)

As a Guest Room Attendant, you will be responsible for setting the stage of an excellent guest experience, by ensuring each assigned room is clean and ready for guest arrival.

Daily Operations

• Quickly and efficiently clean guest rooms and bathrooms to meet standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance.

• Perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, changing bed linens, and any other cleaning procedures necessary.

• Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.

Requirements

• Must have open availability

• Prefer minimum of one (1) year previous experience cleaning in a similar position.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. 

• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds.

• Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and work in confined areas.

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; ability to work occasional overtime.

• Must have excellent communication skills.
